All licenses allow unlimited indefinitely use by any number of installations of the full version of TRISTAT module on a web server. The software is licensed, not sold. The licence is not transferable. Free licenses do not allow use of the software enhancements. Paid additional licenses allowing the use of further developments for a year, where they are made available.

TRISTAT module source code may (at your own risk) be changed exclusively for personal use only. If you use the free licence, note the certain restrictions described below. The software may not be distributed (modified or unmodified), under any circumstances without the written permission of the author, neither paid nor free.

The licence terms of MySQL must be fullfiled for any use of TRISTAT module.

This software and accompanying files are provided "as is" and without warranties regarding functionality, performance, reliability, user management, changeability, compatibility or any other properties available for use by.

The risk of using the program rests solely with the licensee. Assistance or advice of any kind or the elimination of defects can not be required. The liability of the author is solely limited to the refund of the purchase price, insofar as such has been paid. In no event damages can be claimed.

free licence „Basic“: EUR 0,00 (automatically procured by downloading) 

The free licence is automatically procured by downloading the package. It allows the use of the program with full functionality for the analysis of as many objects and as many domains you want to use it for, even if the site has commercial purposes.

All references to "TRISTAT module" or "tristat.org", the relevant links on tristat.org as well as all copyright notices in the source code must remain unchanged and permanently visible for users. The same applies for the TRISTAT module logo, which neither may be erased, modified, or wholly or partially suppressed.

Branding Free additional licenses:

The owner of a branding free additional licence is allowed to remove or change all references to "TRISTAT module" and "tristat.org", the relevant links on tristat.org and the TRISTAT module logo. In order to facilitate these changes, a licence key for automatically suppressing all branding notes will be sent to the licence holder.

Without such an additional licence a very small backlink to tristat.org might be placed at the end of a tracked page (only at random with an average of every 10. hit) If the licence key is entered in the config file, no backlinks are generated.

Apart from that TRISTAT module provides no advertising, adware or other restrictions even if run without licence key. There are no backlinks generated of course if you use the link statistic or the download statistic function of TRISTAT module without licence key.

The licence holder acquires a non-exclusive, unrestricted right to use the source code. The source code is passed on in the development of original text "as is". Every development and its derivative works and - even commercial - use and distribution is fully allowed. The risk of any use of the source rests solely with the licensee. Assistance or advice of any kind or the elimination of defects can not be required. The liability of the originator / seller is limited to the refund of the purchase price. „Distribution Partner“: EUR 10,00

You are a commercial provider of web services (eg as a web designer, distributor or programmer). As a licence holder you are authorized without limitation to buy all licenses of TRISTAT module for your own customers without time limit at half price. The Distribution Partner acquires hereby no own licence for personal use.
